East County Clinics
Our East County Legal Clinics are operated in partnership with Legal Counsel for Youth and Children (LCYC) and the Mount Baker Presbyterian Church.
Anyone living in eastern Skagit County can walk-in or call to request a legal clinic appointment about applicable civil legal issues.
Where: Community Blessing Building, 44942 State Rte 20, Concrete, WA 98237, USA
When: Every 1st Friday of the month from 1pm-3pm.
